Life definitely has it's challenges, it can be from weathering experiences, traumas or tragedies, coming from dysfunctional families and even intergenerational patterns and burdens. It can be overwhelming and have long lasting impact.

Some of these life events have been consciously forgotten, even suppressed and most of us have intergenerational entanglements that we are not even aware of. These memories and events may have been pushed out of the mind, yet they stay active behind the scenes in the unconscious depths and continue to produce stress. They can never really be forgotten until they have been emotionally processed, the internal conflicts resolved and the entaglements acknowledged.

These forgotten moments will be remembered in the unconscious mind, in life and even in the physical body as cellular memory. You may find yourself stuck in difficult patterns, health conditions, attracting similar kinds of people or painful situations, confused, angry or depressed and not really understanding it. And what you really want and long for is success, freedom, vital health and energy, and unconditional love.

The painful repetitions keep surfacing as a way for the deeper parts of you to be acknowledged and transformed into something better. What it is saying is, 'please look HERE, I have deep love, wisdom and strength to give you.' It's an opportunity that is banging on your door to reclaim more of who you are, those powerful parts of you that you didn't even know existed and couldn't until now.

Do you open the door and transform yourself and your life or ignore it hoping the pain will one day go away? You get to choose to reclaim the light that is shining within you and you don't have to do it alone. You have a healing space available to you that is supportive and accepts you exactly as you are.
